All presenters and delegates must register and submit the online registration. Once you submitted, you will receive an email with registration details and total registration fee. You are encouraged to make the payment before
15 September 2018 30 September 2018 to avail 20% early bird discount. Early bird rate (less 20%) ONLY eligible for delegates who complete both the registration and payment before 15 September 2018 30 September 2018.
- Confirmation of registration is subject to the receipt of payment. Please scan and email proof of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org before 30 Sep 2018 (Early bird registration) or 7 Nov 2018 (Normal registration).
- Student presenters or participants also have to provide a letter of confirmation of student status from their respective institution OR scanned copy of student identification to entitle for the student rates.
- Your Registration will be valid only after the Conference Secretary verifies the full payment and confirms to you in writing. Original copy of the receipt can be collected during registration on the Conference Day.

No Cancellation or refund will be permitted. However, if you are unable to attend, you may nominate a replacement by 3rd November 2018. The organiser reserves the right to cancel or alter the content, venue and timing of the programme or the identity of the speakers. Registration is confirmed only when submitted with payment.
